SHIPPING

Our primary shipping service is USPS. Your order will ship from Yacolt, WA, and it should be received to most states in 3 to 5 business days from date of shipping. If there is a delay on our end, you will be contacted by Upper West Jigs. We offer First Class shipping, Priority Mail shipping and Local pickup. Depending on the size of your order you will know your shipping cost up front. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

First Class Mail: All orders under 13oz will ship via First Class Mail, and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order.

Local Pickup: After your purchase, contact us via the "contact us" tab and reference your order number and we will discuss arrangements for a local pickup.

Priority Mail: All orders 13oz and over will ship via Priority Mail, and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order.

Apparel: As we begin to created and produce our apparel line, we will be figuring out what is selling and what inventory we need more of, to provide timely shipping. Expect 4-7 days for us to ship. Appreciate your support and patience!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.

Returned items should be in original packaging, and in new and unused condition. If item has been removed from original packaging, it is at the discretion of Upper West Jigs whether the item will be accepted. Upper West Jigs needs to be able to resell the item and it should be returned in such condition.

All returns within 5 days and in new and unused condition will validate for exchange, money back or store credit.

Apparel: We have a sizing chart attached on the apparel page towards the bottom, please check the sizing of the garment before you purchase. Not all garments are sized the same.
